The Matrons Flat is upstairs with two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and two singles. In-between is a small lounge with couches and a television. Off this is a lovely balcony with seating – a great place for an evening wine. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, cook-top, microwave plus all the cutlery and crockery, pots and pans required (there is an oven downstairs in the guest kitchen). There is a small bathroom as well as a dining alcove. Also has hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The lodge has an additional large guest kitchen and separate dining room. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior will result in full payment, with no refund available.
For long weekends and public holidays, including Easter, Christmas, New Year, and regional holidays, a 10-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance to avoid charges.
Please note that a $100 fee may be applied if the unit is damaged or left in an unacceptable condition.
Payment Policy
Your credit card will be charged in full approximately 3 days prior to your arrival. If the card is declined we will offer you 24 hours to update the card. If it is not updated or is declined again, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will advise you accordingly.
You can also offer to pay by direct banking. If you wish to take up this option, please advise us 7 days in advance so we can supply the necessary details.

Pet Policy
We accept pets on request. There is a one-off fee for your animal. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring your cat or dog.
Children
Children 6 years and under are free of charge. We offer free cots but please advise us in advance.
